This fudge is healthy and easy! My little man loves to have his chocolate in the morning....
Prepare a small glass pan by rubbing with coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spatula and spread out into the pan.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Place in fridge for an hour to setup
fudge holds it's shape best if kept in the fridge...
...add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut which will make the batter clumpy
...pour into cupcake tins or liners rather than glass pan
