Gluten Free Oatmeal Muffins
Yield=12 extra-large or 24 large muffins
A slower paced yoga flow practice cultivates a safe space of acceptance and love for everyone. The mindfulness, in which we move, in a slow vinyasa class, cultivates habits on our mat, which can easily translate into changed behaviors off of the mat. When we begin to move in alignment and integrity through our practice, we begin to rewire the brain into a new pattern. This new perspective becomes more easily accessible off of the mat, the more we practice. Embracing a Flow & Restore practice creates the space for connection to ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally. It is through these connections that we begin to see where our shadow sides may show through and where there is a need for healing. The flow sequence invites those who may not usually explore restorative yoga into this healing modality. Flow & Restore is a practice where we truly meet ourselves as we are and find the pathways to the doors of possibility and healing. By practicing Flow & Restore yoga often, we release emotions held within the body through gentle yet deep openings. This style of yoga is truly embracing to everyone and everybody.
