Thank you for taking the time to connect!
I believe that what we teach, must be a reflection of our own practices and how we authentically walk on this Earth. My offerings are inspired by my deep connection with this animate Earth, love of mythology, my neuro divergence and desire to support others in finding their unique creative gifts.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Business and Economics from the University of Colorado, as well as an Associates of Applied Science in Baking & Pastry from the Art Institute of Colorado. I received my 200hr yoga teacher training from Vital Yoga in Denver in 2010 and my 500hr yoga teacher training from The School of Embodied Poetry in 2015 Boulder Colorado. I began teaching restorative yoga and meditation in 2011 and stepped into the seat of the mentor in 2015. My desire to walk a more Embodied Path has lead me to dream school, exploring different expressions of energy, plant & animal medicine studies, becoming a Guardian of the Forest, immersing myself in different styles of meditation and mythology mentorships. My current studies include a long term mythology mentorship with Dr. Sharon Blackie and an apprenticeship to The Spiritual Nervous System with Katie Dove… |

Love Notes (Reviews & Endorsements)....
Erin Elizabeth Labadie is one the most astounding emergent voices on the yoga scene today.
Her dedication to the teachings, her practices, and her student's evolution is unquestionable.
Her soulful and soothing personality easily inspires others to trust in
and follow her crystal clear instruction which is woven seamlessly with an authentic use of imagery
and myth. I love reading her written work and listening to her loving classes... she is a gift.

I thoroughly enjoyed my mentorship one-on-one training with Erin. She is incredibly knowledgeable in yoga and the business of the industry. As a studio owner myself, I was seeking assistance in creating studio workshops, continuing education courses, as well as pre/postnatal training- I received all of the above and more! I really appreciated all of the personal and experiential knowledge that Erin brings to her mentorships. While this training was done long-distance (me in Utah and Erin in Texas) she has a very user friendly online system where I was able to access her modules to listen to on my own time and then discuss on our calls. I was also given lots of resources to read through to aid in the topics I was looking to discover more on. All in all I am leaving the program with a bunch of new content for workshops, courses, additions to my existing teacher training curriculum, and pre/postnatal yoga classes on my studio schedule. I would highly recommend Erin as a mentor, and will likely take another one of her course models in the future! ~Jessica Pacaro, Co-Founder of The Mat Yoga

"Erin is a knowledge, lovely, and inspiring teacher. Each new moon I looked forward to which element or Chakra we would be focusing on. Erin took the time to explain the Chakra system in great detail and how they tied in with different elements. In each module, theme work was discussed which could be used during teaching and in our day-to-day lives. Elements and Energy was inspiring and helped me to deepen my practice of self-exploration." ~Tracy C., yoga teacher

"Erin not only covered how to physically setup and assist students, but lots of time was given to guiding them through relaxation, breath and visualization, to more skillfully influence students' energetic and
psychic experience and respond to their needs." ~Jenni, Yoga Teacher

"Erin's restorative teacher training reminded me that every yoga teacher is a student first, and that I have so much more to learn. Erin had a magical way to allow personal growth, healing, friendship, and personality while still teaching the necessary and vital information of restorative yoga. Erin gave great guidelines for our restorative course which made me feel so much more comfortable taking the seat of the teacher. If you're thinking about taking her training, stop thinking about it and do it, because you wont regret it."

"She embodies healing in every moment and recognizes that healing begins from within.
Her energy is grounded yet expansive. She is calm yet invites the flow of movement and life.
I truly admire her ability to create space where others can find this same balance.
In our busy world, her restorative classes invite us to slow down, release what doesn't serve, and connect to self-care. Her gentle energy and soothing voice embrace all who walk into her class."
~Gina S, yoga teacher & horticultural therapist

"Erin is a powerful teacher. I don’t use the terms teacher or powerful lightly.
She walks in her truth. She’s knowledgeable, caring and insightful. Her courses are nothing short of inspiring. As with all things, you get what you put in. She guides you out of your comfort zone and shows you where you can grow. Simply put, she’s a teacher who will move your yoga practice, change your perspectives on your business and on yoga, she allows for space for questions. Amazing. Take a class, it’s well worth the investment."

"Erin exhibits a maturity and professionalism beyond that which is displayed by most college students. She has proven able to navigate difficult situation in the Student Affairs Office, where she holds the position of Culinary Arts Peer Mentor, with ease and grace."

"After finishing 6 months of chemotherapy and having had very little exercise during that time I wanted to begin to reestablish my physical and emotional strength and stamina. Erin was recommended to me as someone who taught restorative yoga.
I’m a 66 years-old man and very far from a potential yoga adept and given my health circumstances I was reluctant to undertake a class and be the “yoga dunce” of the group. But I wanted to have a practice that I could do at home and perhaps build on over time.
Erin graciously offered me private lessons and worked out a series of picture and video instructions which she would email me. As we worked on my practice Erin saw that since I had returned to work full-time and was continuing to have some complications in my recovery I needed to focus on stress reduction as well stretching.
So, although I’m not particularly proficient in the physical aspects of yoga I do have a degree in counseling and teach speech where I work with students who have varying degrees of performance anxiety. I feel as though I can judge the skill and effectiveness of stress reduction teaching since I do it myself albeit in a different context.
In my personal and professional opinion Erin is an excellent instructor. Her ability to observe and diagnose the specific need that I was experiencing and come up with just the right approach to help me was almost always exactly what was needed. Erin is gifted with a voice and manner of instruction that I have found not only restorative but I would go so far as to say TRANSFORMATIVE. When I have finished a session I sometimes feel as though I need to come back to earth from the pleasant plane to which she is able to guide me.
I plan to continue to work with Erin as I heal and as she helps me regain my physical and mental well-being.

"She (Erin) developed and managed our new traveling cooking instructor program. The program provided free cooking classes to local schools participating in our school garden program. Slow Food Denver's Seed-to-Table Alliance provides resources, professional development and support to over 40 school gardens in the metro Denver area. Erin has a unique combination of strengths. Not only did she accept and expand on our Slow Food cooking guidelines, she managed the program and scheduling herself with minimal guidelines from our office. It is unusual for anyone to be able to follow a strong organization vision while working with little supervision. Her passion for healthy eating and teaching was evident in the way she helped us implement our program.~Gigia Kolouch, Slow Food Denver Seed-to-Table Program 2013
